Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Ageless Skincare by Monika At Ageless Skincare by Monika, each appointment is carefully reserved for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to keep the schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you are allowed one courtesy chance to reschedule without any fee. This courtesy applies only if you reschedule within that 24 hour window. If you do not reschedule within that timeframe or if no notice is given, a 50 dollar late fee will be applied before booking your next appointment. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to shorten their service or reschedule. If a reschedule is required due to late arrival, the same cancellation policy and fees may apply. Please make sure your contact information is current so that you receive appointment confirmations and reminders. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Thank you for respecting these policies.
